Hello,first off I’m sorry to hear that the Ugg boots did not fit.I would of gladly gave you a refund and still am willing to since they don’t fit.I just feel like it was unfair for me to receive a 1 star because something like factory sizing is out of my control.I always try my hardest to make my customers as happy as possible but as I said this is something that’s truly of of my hands. I’d really appreciate it so much if you reconsidered your rating.Thank you a have a great day!
