luv2luvutoo @razanrabieh Oh My Gosh. We packaged and sent it out the same day of receiving the order. So you have not gotten it? I’m looking at tracking and it looks like June 6 it was in NY. Please contact Poshmark so they can return your funds to you, your order went out so long ago and I will ship you out another one ASAP as soon as we here from them. Apologies for the inconvenience. Never had this happen before. Please keep me posted on what they say and I will do the same. 🌺

luv2luvutoo @razanrabieh Yes, I did. I’m waiting to hear back. What did it state in the email. Is it lost? This is bizarre. I’m going to write again. It usually takes them 24 to 48 hours to resolve the issue. I really want you to get your items. This is disheartening to say the least. I will reach out again and be in touch.

razanrabieh @luv2luvutoo hi, so it only said in transit for its next destination since June 6! Am not sure what happened. This is the first time I experience such thing, am not sure if they lost it and am not sure what happened exactly.. and I want to get my items too 😔please let me know and I appreciate your efforts.

luv2luvutoo @razanrabieh Hi Doll, I contacted Poshmark with urgency today. Hopefully I will hear back from them today by eod. Worst case senator, and since I have stock of items I can reship the items to you in a new package including another free cover up. As soon as they return our funds to both of us for this mishap. Too bad too because it’s a loss to us provided the extra cover up I sent. But what can we do?

razanrabieh @luv2luvutoo hi,thanks for the feedback. I did not contact poshmark yet as I was waiting to see if you emailed them etc. I will send them an email now. I also tried to send am email to the shipping company but they need a lot of details about the sender - you- and I do not have it.

luv2luvutoo @razanrabieh Hi Razan, Thanks for your patience. I heard back and After a few emails Poshmark has released your funds back to you. The package apparently was and is marked as lost. Such a shame. But, I can happily repackage the item as I have a few left in your size and you may repurchase the Positano Top. Does that sound good and will that work for you? I will ship it out today Priority. With another free cover up. Please let me know. 🌺🌺🌺
