flamingocoast I am so sorry I mixed the labels up! I have NEVER done that before. That day I found out my 14 year old cat had bone cancer. I am SO SO SORRY. I WILL DO WHATEVER I CAN TO FIX IT.

remymac @mw3976 they sent me one on Sunday that said they were looking into it and I searched everywhere else in my email and I haven't heard anything else so they didn't say anything about sending me a label should I contact them?

flamingocoast I am SO SORRY. I have written to the customer and to Poshmark several times. The customer insists she never received a label, and Poshmark insists it sent the label. I can write to them again, I can refund your money? I have NEVER had this happen. Again I am SO SO SORRY!

remymac @mw3976 I did receive the label and told you I sent it out that day as well July 28th. I thought you received your label from your message on July 28th? Did you not receive a label? Could you relist the item so I can purchase and did you get your item I sent back. I can send you a photo of the label so you can track!

flamingocoast @remymac This is what has happened; I accidentally swapped your item with another customer. Poshmark sent u the label 2 send that customer their item. They also sent that customer a label 2 send u ur item, however, this customer is insisting she has not received the label 2 mail the item 2 you.

flamingocoast @remymac I have contacted Poshmark several times & get the same response, that they sent her the label. I've also contacted her again & she insists no label. Again, I'm sorry, I've never had this happen. I will 2 contact Poshmark & her again. I'm unsure how 2 proceed. If I had the item I would gladly send it 2 u w/several free gifts.

remymac @mw3976 in other words the person who received the Beulah jeans won't return? That is so not right! I would definitely contact Poshmark and have them deal with her, as she is not cooperating! Where both the items same size and price?

You can pick another item from my closet if you want (of the same value) again, I am sorry, this is just a mess, and all my fault. Please feel free to pick out something and just let me know. flamingocoast Okay, the customer contacted me and stated that she has been out of town. She has now received the label, the post office was closed the day she revieved the label (?) but she will mail it as soon as possible. I hope that you receive your item with no problem.❤
