@kris10lindz I’m happy to clarify! First, let me say I am sorry you are disappointed with my 4-star rating (and also a little confused as to why you feel that’s a “poor rating”). I am happy overall with the quality of the shoes and feel 4 stars is fair. I did deduct 1 star for the color because the shoes are definitely lighter and more yellow-y in person than the photo, which seems like tan or camel. Sorry we had a miscommunication.

I am so sorry that the CK dress has not shipped — my neighbor took the package bc I was out of town & put it in her garage — due to rain. while I appreciate that — I can’t access the package until I return home. You can cancel it or I can — I am truly sorry & did not realize it had not shipped.
