carole_spangler Non Responsive Seller - I purchased a Cole Hann tote on 3/1 , bag never shipped. Creating a USPS shipping label and not shipping the item is unacceptable. I’ve reached out twice for updates with no response. Order cancelled. I see others on this comment thread have had the same disappointing customer service.
