I did what any responisble buyer would do - make an offer and arrive at an acceptable, mutually agreed on amount later on. What did not sit well with me was the fact that you did not disclose that the item had a missing watch band keeper that would make the piece unwearable. It would be impossible to find a matching brown, leather band holder anywhere. Had you been more fortright and mentioned that in your item despription, I wouldn't even made an offer. I just gave the watch away instead.
