Good morning Renee. Ratings are extremely important to sellers. If items are described appropriately that’s the very best sellers can do. However I do know the disappointment in receiving an item that doesn’t fit. I evaluate the item & if it was described appropriately I give a 5 star rating. ALWAYS ask for measurements. Another option is to resell the item in your closet. I truly appreciate your business. I hope you will reconsider changing my rating. It effects my posh stats negatively.
