Hello, I see you received the shoes and I am so glad they made it to you so quickly. Because I strive to give 5 star service, I am curious why the 4 stars. They were promptly shipped, very carefully wrapped in a few feet of bubble wrap and tissue and were exactly as described. Your feedback is appreciated. Thank you.
