@rheamchugh hey, I think I figured out why it didn't show the initial scan the day it was mailed. the clerk doesn't seem to be entering the receipt scan into the system properly, I've noticed it happening the past few weeks... I'm really sorry. hopefully you will see the package shortly! 💕
