Hi, I feel terrible that the item I shipped you runs smaller than I described. I don’t know how to give you a full refund since I’m a new posher. The fact that you are not 100% happy doesn’t sit well. What can I do? I am willing to give you a full refund, mail you another item. Having a satisfied buyer is more important to me than making a couple of bucks. Lastly, I have no idea how to message a buyer on Poshmark or if that is even possible but let’s chat.
