I am only reaching out again because I was hoping to have that necklace as a gift by late February and I haven’t been able to find one like it that I can afford. :( I’m thinking since I haven’t heard, that the people kept the necklace, but wondering if Poshmark as a company can require them to send it back? I think about the necklace everyday so I just had to ask again! Thank you!

dylanmama09 @brittanychas310 hi!!! well, it took them a WHILE to get it, before it arrived I even messaged them & let them know I sent the wrong thing, posh was opening up a case yada yada( u know, in hopes it would definitely be sent back) well she received it about 3 days ago & accepted right away. (ughhh)

dylanmama09 I opened up a case saying i sent the wrong item, I keep checking back & all posh is saying at the moment is that they are in the process. I don't know tho- I still have my fingers crossed, but its a little more discouraging every day. But I 1000% percent agree- like they should have to pay it back & be banned off the platform in my opinion!! i am hoping POSHMARK will help me out on this one.. I'll keep you updated if I hear anything new
