rbd257 @rievictoriaaoki Hi Rie! I just read your rating for the Berry Bowl and plate. You are not happy with the packaging and mentioned the item was chipped. It was not when I wrapped it. As you know, I protected everything with bubble wrap and plastic wrap all around, under and over as well, before putting it in the box. I also wrote "fragile" all over the box.

So here is the rest: It is very disappointing to read that you are not happy with something I took good care of. I am sure you're disappointed too. Did you take pictures of the packaging and the chipped item to claim to the Customer Service? If so, I would please like to see them. There might be a way to get your money back. Please let me know. rievictoriaaoki @rbd257 hi. I am sorry to hear you are as disappointed as I am. Yes you did wrapping just fine, though I think you could have done a bit more, compared to the weight of the item. I usually receive sort-of-heavy-items with more bubble wraps, almost with “overprotected” amount of wraps, as we all know that mail carriers are not as careful as we are.

rievictoriaaoki @rbd257 There was only one layer of thin bubble wrap at the bottom of the box, the dish was wrapped in just some tissues that it might have moved and hit/chipped the bowl where it was placed during the shipping. Yes I do have pictures of the packaging and the chipped bowl (I’m not certain how I could send them to you?)

rbd257 @rievictoriaaoki Thank you for the information and your advice, Rie. 🌺 I know I tried to protect the bottom as well (more than the sheet of bubble wrap), but things must have moved during transportation. I understand I should have been more careful and I appreciate your patience with me.
