gbenson87 @rchambliss1 Good morning. I’m sorry to see that you were disappointed in the purse, but 1 Star? That seems INCREDIBLY harsh. I thoroughly inspected and cleaned out the bag before shipping, beautifully packaged it, included chocolate and a personal note. It was exactly as shown in photos and as described. I made clear that there were some marks and discoloration and pointed out where in the pics.

gbenson87 $18 for a gently used Coach purse seems like a more than fair price. If the bag had been filthy, full of crumbs, thrown in a box without wrapping and had undisclosed damage- ok, I could understand a 1 Star- but it was not. Please be more fair when rating sellers in the future. Enjoy the remainder of your weekend ✌🏻
