Hi Riley! I wanted to thank you for your purchase of the Dansko shoes, but unfortunately as I was just packing them up I noticed they have a big crack in the bottom of one of them. ugh It's a shame because they are in such nice condition except for that. I'm not sure if they hit against something in storage or just from storing and temp changes, but anyway I can't in good faith send them to you that way. I'm so sorry! I will credit you back a full refund.
