Hi. I do not know how this could possibly have happened but I set your pants aside, steamed them and packed them up for shipment and I thought I had brought the box to the post office, to go out today after the holiday. But they would have started tracking by now. So I have been looking and looking for the box and can't find it anywhere. This has NEVER happened before and I am so sorry. I canceled the order and am so sorry.

I apologize for not yet shipping the Baggallini bag. A week ago, I put it in my car to ship on my break. But when I got back to my car, I saw it was broken into. I didn't notice until later that the burglar took the straps to the purse. I've looked for replacement straps w no luck. The best Ive found r black straps w silver hardware. Im very sorry for the bad news! I 100% understand if u want to cancel the order! But if not, I'll gladly ship it(w black straps instead) 1st thing in the morning!

@rinasch The bag itself is perfectly fine and even still has the tag left on it. I swear, the way my vehicle was ransacked, the person had to have been out of their mind! They took just ONE glove from a pair of gloves, they took an old cell phone from my glovebox but took off its case and screen protector and left them for me, they even took a sunglasses case but left me the sunglasses! It was beyond strange🤯
