jennifergruenwa Hello. My name is Jennifer Gruenwald. I made a purchase today of a pair of Doc Marten boots. I go to the app: I have logged in & out and it says that I have not made a purchase. It will not let me open and tabs as it says I have not yet made a purchase. The amount has been deducted from my bank account. rio_yok @jennifergruenwa Hi Jennifer, I messaged you this afternoon when I had taken your item to the post office. I can send you a copy of the shipping label I got through Posh. I have no idea what’s showing on your end but my item did show as sold and paid. BTW: I did not have original box so I packed in different box just so boots would not get damaged or scratched, they are brand new.

rio_yok @jennifergruenwa I’ve tried adding pics of proof yet posh will not submit. I did add tracking number, you can try posh customer support yet will take 2 or 3 days for reply. I can see all details on my end, wish I could share Riotello11 with first letter of girl maildotcom
