Hello, I’m so sorry. You had purchased a Vera Bradley bag from me. My mother has been dwindling faster than predicted with her dementia and Alzheimer’s. It’s been crazy as I’m a single mom with two kids caring for my mom and father who just ended his chemotherapy. I apologize that I wasn’t on and the vacation timer ran out, and it was far from my mind as current issues were first priority. I just wanted to truly apologize for your wasted/ misled time
