ritachka @tatycita just learned about it myself :)... It seems to be a warmth rating. The description of the sleep sack you have (in the last pic you posted) mentiones TOG but doesn't say the TOG rating for the bag...

tatycita @ritachka ohh Wow, I never paid attention to that. My kids wear it all year around until they grow out of it. I found it: 1 Tog summer model.

tatycita @ritachka Actually, I was wrong. It is the winter model. I double checked the original purchase, and it is the winter model, I will attach an screenshot of the original order to the item so you can make sure. I was thinking...but the sleeping sack was very warm, like a quilt, and then I found it. Note: in the actual sleeping sack there is nothing that has the tog.
