jchaing @nnadir Sorry you didn't provide a valid reason. I typically get 5 stars so I want to know why you were not satisfied? I lost money on the sale and was reconsidering selling to you (since I wanted to keep the hand creams to myself) I'm disappointed that my hard work was not appreciated. I do care about the quality of my sales.

jchaing @nnadir I see, but that's not my fault. I didn't open them. Do you think bags of chips are full to the top? It's usually 70% full. Would you blame the person selling those chips or the manufacturer? I'm trying to understand your logic here.
