Here mainly to promote & sell gemstone jewelry that I personally designed & handmade. All my jewelry items are new & made with high quality materials: genuine natural gemstones + precious metals. I price them extremely low, at literally no profit margin. So although I have sold over 200 pieces, I am still thousands of dollars in the red. I am not here to make money, just to sell what I have made. Don’t make unreasonable offers. I also list luxury designer items in my closet as styling ideals

madebyrita @sanoy please understand that Poshmark transactions are not just between buyer and seller (not like eBay). You pay Poshmark, not me. I ship to Poshmark, not you. Poshmark will inspect the bag and then ship it to you. Then Poshmark will deduct shipping fees and commissions before paying me. I cannot unilaterally cancel order

madebyrita @sanoy I think you read the email wrong. This is Poshmark’s return policy: “All sales are final on Poshmark. However, we take an active role in each and every purchase made on Poshmark to ensure both the buyer and seller have a great experience. A buyer may open a case with us if they don't receive their item or the item they receive is not as described within the listing.”

madebyrita @sanoy “If the buyer receives an item that is not as described within the listing, is sent the wrong item, or is in some other way not as described, the buyer can report their problem to us within 3 days of delivery through the app or on the web. When a case is opened, the buyer is asked to upload photos and offer details of the item. If the return is verified, we assist the buyer in returning the item to the seller and offer them a full refund.”

madebyrita @sanoy the 3 days period is only for the situation where the description is inaccurate. In your case, because the price is over $500, I will have to ship to Poshmark (instead of you). And Poshmark will inspect the bag to ensure that the bag is in conformity with the description before shipping it to you. So I don’t think you have a 3 day return period

madebyrita @sanoy I found a cancellation request button on the app. I submitted a cancellation request to Poshmark. It says all cancellation requests are subject to Poshmark approval. Let’s see if Poshmark approves the cancellation.

madebyrita @sanoy great! I am here mainly to see my handmade jewelry. So I am not desperate to sell any of my personal handbag collections, especially not this classic bag. In fact, I just checked out the same bag from current season, and found that the quality is not nearly as good as the bag that I have (which is from last year). Nowadays they make this bag more flimsy and lighter, not sturdy like before. I am more than happy to keep it for myself
