tricia_nelson @dq01 Hello Rita. I went to package your purse up noticed the zipper is kind of stiff. It does not get stuck at all it is stiff and wanted to let you know before I sent it off to make sure that is okay. I do have this same purse in another color and and would say it’s bit stiff but this one is slightly stiffer and probably because it’s never been used while mine i’ve used so it’s probably more worked in. Please advise. Thank you!!

tricia_nelson @dq01 my apologies I did not realize it was stiff until I went to go package it to ship it. I’ll pop it into the shoe repair before I mail it out tomorrow as I read you just need a wax like lubricant. Like I said it does not catch or anything it’s just a tad stiff.
