Hi Rita! I went to box up your new VS tote that you just purchased and it now has some black marks on the white side! I don't know how these marks got here. I tried to clean it but it only seems to be making it worse. :( I don't think you will want it like this. I'm so sorry. I can send you a picture if you'd like.
