debwes Rita, you have three days to report a problem when you purchase. Get clear photos and open a return (it says accept item or problems) hit problems and chose not authentic. You will have to post a photo with the bag and the box with label so they can see you got it from whomever your purchased it from and clear photos of the bag on every side and the creed. They will check it out and if it's not authentic you will be able to return for a full refund. You must return it within 3 days I believe.
