@modestlydressed Hi, sweetie, you are off to a great start - your pictures are beautiful. Your descriptions and title are also nice. I would recommend that you take the time to measure your garments as you list - some basic stuff like pit to to pit and length, waist and inseam for pants. Once you build up a large closet, it will be so daunting to dig up that one item that the customer asks about. I still have some unmeasured items from my early days - working on slowly re-list those.

@modestlydressed Building up the size of your closet with good pictures and descriptions is only part of the equation. There are things you can do to increase your visibility. One such method is to self-share. You can share your own items to your followers or to parties. Share your entire closet several times a day during active times on Posh. When you self-share, your items will show up in your followers’ feeds.

@modestlydressed It is very important to share to parties every day. When you share to your own followers, right now only 161 people will see your items (the number of your followers). When you share to parties, millions of potential customers can see your items. There are 4 parties held every day - you can find them by tapping Shop tab on the bottom of your app screen.

@modestlydressed Not every item is appropriate for every party, so share only those items that fit each party’s theme. I share to at least 2 parties every day.

@modestlydressed Another way to increase your visibility is to share other people’s items to your followers - most people will reciprocate by sharing your items to their followers. You may want to find a few ladies with big closets and establish a mutual share relationship with them - by regularly sharing their closets.

@modestlydressed Last thing for today - work on gaining followers by following other people. As people return the follow, they will stop by your closet and either shop around, put likes on your items, or share your items. Basically, engage as much as possible at this stage. Feel free to contact me periodically as your closet grows for some additional tips. 🎄😘
