jilgafresh I see that you aren't satisfied with your purchase. I listed all item damage in the description and took clear images of the purse. As for it appearing smaller than real life? The bag was clearly shown in the images and measurements were never asked for by the buyer. I don't see how that warrants a 1-star review. I would appreciate if you reconsider your rating, as leaving low ratings for items that a buyer just doesn't like reflects poorly on a seller's standing in an unfair manner.
