allure118 Please email Tumi with the picture of the item and the tag with (barcode, item number etc ) or go to any TUMI store to verify the bag. I am sure they will tell you it is authentic. This is extremely unfair to me since you are accusing me of selling a knock-off which is very insulting. I also hope you can use it with relief knowing it is 100% authentic.

rrocha00 @enjoylove I’ve purchased several Tumi items and I went to the Tumi store to purchase an Authentic Tumi bag and I’m sorry but the item you bought and sold me is not Authentic. It’s actually very unfair to me!

allure118 @rrocha00 I understand you may have purchased some Tumi items and based on your experience, you 'thought' this is not an authentic item but this is not true. You need to have actual proof and not judging it by your 'thought'. If this is not authentic, why else would I waste so much time to tell you to call or go to TUMI store to verify the item? I can even send you the receipt.

rrocha00 @enjoylove all the products I’ve ever purchased have had a barcode where I can register the product. The item you sold me amongst other things it does not have a barcode! It’s clearly not authentic!

rrocha00 @enjoylove I appreciate your communication but I purchased a foldable duffel bag and it’s nothing like the product you sold me. The bag you sold me doesn’t even have the Tumi zippers or the leather label inside that depicts that the item is authentic. Please let this be the last message you post. The item isn’t authentic.

allure118 I can't help it if you insist to believe this is not authentic without even verify it. I believe this bag is still available for sale in some Tumi outlet store. I hope you can go and see it yourself. Tumi zippers or the leather label inside is also not a must on Tumi product. Hopefully, one day if you get a chance, visit any Tumi and have them to verify it for you. So you will feel sorry for all this. Once again, this item is guaranteed an authentic Tumi. Thank you!
