nu2urcloset2 I’m truly sorry u were so upset about the gift bag. I’m not sure what u expected. I obviously couldn’t ship the bag as pictured, full of tissue paper and unfolded. You purchased a used shopping bag and box. I folded the bag in all the right creases as u do any shopping bag to make it flat. There was no box that I could use according to the Posh shipping label that it would fit in without bending it. Believe me, I cringed myself when I had to gently fold it to put in the box.

nu2urcloset2 I obviously knew u were going to use this beautiful bag and box as a gift and did all I could and took that into consideration. The gift box was in “perfect” condition and I even put my own new tissue and a sweet note card with it to add a Lil something special knowing this was not a “gift” for yourself. I did all I could.

nu2urcloset2 For the $2 I made, and the time taken to go to the post office it wasn’t exactly payday for me. I just wanted someone to be able to receive something in a beautiful name brand bag that maybe normally they wouldn’t get the chance to. I have an excellent rating history and you are my first dissatisfied posher. Whether I’m selling a $900 handbag or a $5 shopping bag, I take pride in every sale. I have contacted posh and asked you be given back your $5 or at least the $2 and change that I made.
