Hi Rochelle, I'm really sorry about the mistake in size, it was an honest mistake. I feel horrible that you spent money and aren't able to wear them!! you know you can return them for a full refund, right?

@rochellewatters Shoot. This is what I found:
"All returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval to be eligible for a refund."
If you can't make in time I could etransfer you the refund and you could just ship the Dansko's to the address provided on your shipping package?
I give you my word, you will get your money back. Poshmark would keep their commission from me but I'd rather that then you be unhappy with a pair of shoes you can't wear!

I understand if you want to wait until you've received the refund to ship them back to me which I don't believe will cost you anything for shipping...not 100% sure on that tho...if it does cost something just let me know and I'll add that to the etransfer. once again i am very sorry for this inconvenience.

I sent Poshmark an enquiry because I still am not getting an option to return and get the shipping label printed. I did think of relisting the item at plus 20% of what I paid to you (to cover their fee) and then you could purchase back and I’ll send as usual. Let me know if that sounds good to you?
