romanash @twobrokefriends Yes, I'm actually brand new to Posh. I haven't had a chance to post much yet. The "Gucci" stuff on my page is not actually Gucci. Don't get me wrong, they are NOT counterfeits!! They do not say Gucci on them. They are just decorated the same way Gucci decorates. And there's no law against that because no one can trade mark decorations.

romanash @twobrokefriends Gucci's new designer is Alessandro Michele. He's big on putting patches on everything. His jeans cost about $1200 a pair. And his denim or leather jackets are about $3,000-$5,000. There's a local designer by me who started patching clothes too. She sells them for roughly $200-$300, and she can hardly keep up with the demand.

None of my business but are you on Posh for, not fun really..but to just get some extra cash? or Are you hoping it will be a small business eventually? like I said, we are taking it and branching out. I am trying my best to get our website built but, I will create a layout I like and the next day I see someone's site and theirs is much much cooler than ours. UGH!

romanash @twobrokefriends No worries about the website. There are endless ways to put one together. When the right one comes to you you'll know it. And it's not about whose page looks "cooler" it's about it catching the vibe of your store. Also, what shoppers like is a site that is easy to navigate/use, good sales, and low cost for shipping. Website coolness is hardly a priority for shoppers when those other criteria are met.

Because if I order them and no one buys them then I'd be stuck. And they're too pricey for me to buy and then have no one to sell them to.

romanash @pralinequeen Thanks so much. They're actually a patch. The red snake is a patch and the the flowers are patches. The jeans that are beaded are the long bell bottom jeans. Those aren't pricey. Only $18. A few people liked them but I'm having a hard time selling those because they're very long.

romanash @l219 I know!! That's really funny, the sequin rose top is what first drew me to your closet. Then, coincidentally, you mentioned that it was made for me. And wouldn't you know it, that is the one. Still, I only tried out on briefly. Maybe If I tried it with different types of jeans or with a cami ... it might work out. Either way, I'm not disappointed at all.

ragshop @romanash 🌹🌹 is it too short? If so, Ever hear of a Flexee? It's a kinda half top that you can wear to prevent belly show or crack hang out 😜 with crop tops. I have one in my closet so you can get an idea of what I'm talking about, it wouldn't match this top though, but I'm sure they come in other colors. I hope it works out, that top is a cutie.

romanash @l219 Actually, the trouble is that it is longer than I'd like it to be. With regular T-shirts, the material would cling to the body even if its long. But this top is a heavier material. Since I'm top heavy, it makes the shirt fall away from the body. So it's giving a "maternity dress" kind of look on me. I might tie it at the bottom or use a safety pin. I've done that with other tops before.

I've picked up some beautiful sweaters in Morocco, jewelry in Egypt (albeit costume jewelry), and my absolute favorite watch came from an "old" mom and pop watch shop in Montreal. These items are small reminders of different times in my life. I can imagine some of yours were the same type of reminders for you.

qclayton @romanash the hips are 22 inches, the waistline flat is 15 , and the inseam is 28 inches. Remember they do have a elastic waist, elastic at the leg and to me they did run small. Just let me know what you decide, and I will take care of it. Thank you
