life74 Hi Roni, I hope all is well. I wrapped your bag in paper to protect the bag. I didn't realize instead it would make a paper mark in transport. I support your decision either way, I just wanted to make sure you were aware. I stand by quality, lesson learned in using certain shipping materials.

princessoberg I went ahead and contacted the post office for you since nothing was happening and they informed me that You have to go to the post office and pick up your package and sign for it or it WILL be delivered back to me!! please let me know you got this and what your gonna do....
