@ronnadaniel Hi, this is Lou. There are 2 chains with this charm listed in my closet. One Tory Burch Charm and chain is the sparkly one with the two inch extender. The one you ordered has the gold balls & no extender. You picked the wrong one if you wanted an extender.
So I mailed you the correct necklace that you yourself
ordered. I guess I think the buyer reads the description to order what they want. Hugs, Lou

@ltugwell Thank you for reaching out! I love the necklace! The listing on what I purchased specifically says it comes with a 2 inch extender. It’s not a huge deal but it was was it specifically states. I just looked at my order history and it says it in the description. No worries though. I can buy one.
