13faithhopelove I saw your rating on the brooch and am very confused. You gave 4 stars with reasons of Item Description, Packaging, Seller Responsiveness, Item Cleanliness, Ship Time. As you see above, I responded to your purchase immediately and shipped within hours. Item was accurately described. I sent in a cushioned jewelry box, bubble wrapped and in clean condition. I've double checked the packing photos I took and find no issues that you mentioned and I'm hoping you could please clarify. Thank you.
