pearlsandposh Hello Rory! I just wanted to let you know I dropped your robe off at the post office on Thursday. Not sure why it hasn’t started tracking but sometimes it takes a day or two to be scanned or registered. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know it should get to you soon and that I had dropped it off earlier this week! Have a great weekend!

pearlsandposh @rorysspeed yes I am so sorry about this! This has never happened to me before. Poshmark is aware of the situation and I guess other sellers have been running into the same problem lately. I’ll keep you updated, but again sorry for the inconvenience!

pearlsandposh @rorysspeed yes, of course. When you search the tracking number, it just says it’s in “pre-shipment” and that tracking hasn’t begun. Tracking number: 9405511202061495668169 I’m going to the post office today to see what is going on. Maybe they misplaced it somewhere in the office? It’s so weird because they told my husband to drop it in this bin since it was pre-paid and they would scan it by end of day. Another poshmark package he put in the same bin has already been delivered.

pearlsandposh @rorysspeed I checked with the post office and it was never scanned. They think it may be on a truck somewhere and tracking will update eventually but they had no clear answer. I will let poshmark know what the post office said right now and I’m sure they will refund you.

pearlsandposh @rorysspeed I hope it gets to you eventually but there’s unfortunately nothing I can do about the USPS delay since I dropped it off the same way I’ve dropped off every package, and they are always delivered timely. I am sorry for the inconvenience this caused you.
