I wanted to reach out you to ask how or what do you recommend when a seller gives you an unfair rating. I have experienced my first and it truly is not a great feeling. My item was brand new, buyer ask no questions, rated me low for fit and description. Even stated I altered 😔, truly so disappointing. I have looked and couldn't find anything. your words of wisdom I would greatly appreciate it! 💕💕

effiekats @bella_rose13 Hi sweetie!! Wow!! I cannot imagine anyone rating anything in your closet less than 5 star. That truly hurts. I know when I got my first, not so great, review, I challenged it in a nice way. No matter how much it kills you, you need to be nice first. Ask them if there's anything you can do to make them happy. I personally accept returns or give them option to re posh it.

effiekats @bella_rose13 It's not fair nor right that they'd write a bad review without talking to you first. One if my bad reviews was re written after I spoke with her and resolved the issue. I would explain with the truth that it wasn't altered and that everything fits everyone different. Then offer her an option. Just what I would do. Let me know how it works out.

dinofinder @bella_rose13 I'm so sorry honey!!! That's terrible. Idk what to do for that!!! I'm unhappy when I get lass than 5🌟, so idk how to handle this situation. 😲. I just got a 4 and it displeases me, too. I'm sure it's because I was in Mexico when she made the purchase, so I couldn't ship immediately. I did post that info at the top of my closet, but it didn't matter. There is nothing I can do about this rating 😠

Sometimes it may be exactly as described but the buyer doesn't like the actual item for whatever reason like fit. What's a little unfair is that the buyers may think they are rating the item and not realizing it's a reflection on the seller. contd.

dinofinder @bella_rose13 I don't think you really have a choice if posh accepts that return. You will either accept it or be out the $$$ as far as I know. I haven't had one, knock wood, but a PFF has and he wasn't thrilled about it, so I got the sense that it wasn't her choice. Idk anything else about the whole process... Sorry Hun! I hope that helps😖😖😖😖

effiekats @bella_rose13 Hi sweetie. I accept returns on almost all clothes within 2 days of the day they receive it. Anything else would have to have a valid and reasonable reason. But for the most part I'm a bit more flexible than most. Lol.

Some posh buyers just aggravate me- they pay, don't like the item and complain. So disappointing.. I sent bran new shoes and she says they are scratched, etc. it just disappoints me.

effiekats @bella_rose13 I can agree that some people, you just can't please!!!😖 They know they are paying a lot less for something that's worth a lot more. Not sure why they expect perfection. And everything in your closet is truly immaculate. We can't please everyone. Which is why I accept returns for most things. I don't feel like arguing or trying to defend what I know to be good. I'd rather take it bad. That way they're happy and then it resells to someone who does appreciate the value. 💕💕💕

My mom is hanging in there, radiation will go on for another 6 weeks. The area is really red but she's applying aloe vera for relief. It has been hard to see her go through all this. She's such a lady that seeing her scar on her under eye was hard but now she is accepting it and we remind her how beautiful she is! 💕

When she is all finished, please have her use bio oil on her redness... it may help with lessening scarring. She could be putting coconut oil on now... it will help with healing. Or did the dr say no to anything other than what you are using?

dinofinder @bella_rose13 I'm going back down to help mom rehab in 10 days. Mom needs a mitral valve clip put inside her ❤️. She is extremely weak and has lost 25 lbs... that she didn't have to lose... 😔. So... I going down for 5 weeks to rehab her. I did her knee, then her hip, now it will be full body!!!💪🏻👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

bella_rose13 @dinofinder Your mom is in my prayers as well my dear💕.She sounds strong 🙌🏽 to be going through so much. Reach out if you need an ear anytime when you head back to help her. I hope she's able to recover quickly. I will definitely ask my mom today about the oils- I hope she can use them to heal the area. I'm praying for us also to get us through these bumps even as an adult I feel I could do more for her.

bella_rose13 @dinofinder Hi Jen!!! How are you??? How is your mom doing? I had to take a small break from Posh for a little bit. Just needed to catch up on so much- life just keeps on giving. My mom is almost done with most of her treatment and she was finally able to have some reconstructive surgery on her eye. I can say she is now herself and super happy!
