rlbridges @lgsteinke Hi...I received your comment, I didn't want to smash the shoes, so I packaged them sideways, which meant I couldn't keep the shoes in the white container. I the bag couldn't fit the shoes sideways, and I believed the tissue paper was sufficient to to protect the shoes.

rlbridges @lgsteinke Believe it ior not, but my goal was utmost respect of the returned shoes in as timely manner as possible getting them back to you. I am not ashamed, but I am sorry that my sincere attempt at being mindful was so upsetting. I packaged with the PO's Priority box the best I saw on that Saturday.

rlbridges @lgsteinke I was quite disappointed that the shoes were not new as advertised, but I gave you the benefit of the doubt assuming you didn't know the Danskos had been stretched. There is no need for shame with a mistake like that. I wish you the best in reselling them now that you know, and wish you the best in all of your selling endeavors.
