okieposhgirl I’m sorry you are unhappy with your purchase. Feel free to open a case and ask for a return. I will say, I wash everything before it’s shipped and my dog doesn’t get around inventory...after it’s washed. I would rather have a return than an unhappy customer and a 3 star rating. ❤️
