buenamorena12 @angelee84 good question! I would look at the listing again and make sure the seller didn't t mention that the item was new with defects. Then, if there is no indication, you should contact the seller before you accept the item. If the seller doesn't respond or is unhelpful, email Poshmark and explain your plight. They will be more that willing to help. Take pictures of the glasses as you have them now & send those along with screenshots of the listing.
