osbornerosa @s_culberson on my order status it says ,did I receive the item as described & accept & that would complete my order & money would be released to the seller??? Explain plz.

s_culberson @osbornerosa ✨Hi Rosa. When you make a purchase, the seller does not receive the funds right away. Poshmark holds the payment until the item is delivered. Once the buyer has inspected the item, if you are happy with it, you should go to your “my purchases” list and click “accept”. This releases the payment to the seller.....

s_culberson @osbornerosa .....If you do nothing, the seller will automatically receive the funds after 4 days. If the item is not as described or damaged, you can open an order inquiry and Poshmark will mediate a resolution. ✨

osbornerosa I haven't received it yet,. Also on her page ,she has marked that the item is sold,. I placed my order on 03_02_20,. I haven't heard a word about it,. It's been 14 days . Ty

s_culberson @osbornerosa ✨I’m so sorry you haven’t received your item. It’s not normal for shipment to take this long. On occasion a package is lost in the post office system. I’ve had it happen once. You should open a Problem/Order Inquiry and let Poshmark know that you haven’t received your order. They will review the issue and give you your money back. ✨
