I apologize for missing your offer. I was in the hospital over Christmas and just returned home yesterday.I hope you understand.

Once again, I'm sorry for not seeing your initial offer, but to be honest, I didn’t check my phone at all while I was in the hospital.

@rosa285, Hi Rosa, I sincerely apologize for not seeing your initial offer due to my hospitalization. Unfortunately, I cannot accept your second offer, as $30 is too low. I truly appreciate your understanding. I spent a week in the ICU and was on life support, so it has been a challenging time for me that I almost did not survive. I had Broken Heart Syndrome and the doctors told me I was lucky to be alive. So I truly hope you will understand. But $40 is about as low as I am willing to accept.

@rosav285, I want to be honest with you. I initially wasn't going to accept your offer of $40; I only did it out of kindness and I almost died because I was not well and it was Christmas. I was planning to counteroffer at $55. I apologize for this, and I hope you can understand. The shoes are in almost like-new condition.
