jewel1202 I purchased your purple air fryer and I plugged it in and it's not working. I even tried it in a different electrical outlet and still no luck. Can you please advise me on this? Thanks! Judy

larouxup @jewel1202 Hi Judy! I am very sorry to hear that! I used the fryer with chicken and potatoes and it worked perfect. As I remember I put the manual in the box, I do not know if it is some voltage, but I had no problem, I decided not to keep it because it is huge, and I realized that I would not use it as much and my kitchen is very small. I bought it at Home Depot online, I do not know if in your city there is, if the problem persists, I could see how to pass the receipt to you.
