I'm so sorry about the boots. They were brand new and I never wore them if I had maybe I would have known that something was wrong with them. They obviously came this way from the store a store and I feel terrible. I bought them from a store in our mall..

I did not realize they were like this I had had them for at least a year and had never seen anything wrong with them.. When I sent them they looked perfectly fine and brand new like I purchase them. Again I am so sorry. I'm glad you got your money back.
