encouture @hgbkicks Hi! Package was dropped off at the post office Wednesday. Things may be running a little slow due to the current situation. If there’s not tracking update by tomorrow or Monday I’ll stop by the post office and see what’s going on.

encouture @hgbkicks You’re right, it was Thursday. I’m losing track of my days. 😣 I’ve noticed with other orders it’s been taking 2-3 days to see the scan. I’ll keep tabs on it however I can assure you it was shipped and is in the hands of USPS.

hgbkicks @justgotlaced we ship everyday and the scans are always the same day for us. the only reason for this purchase was for us to leave a love note as our last requirement for Ambassador.

encouture @hgbkicks I apologize for the delay in scan however not every post office scans same day. This was left in the post office drop off location and as soon as they scan it you’ll see the update. I’ve been selling here for a while and I can assure you this was shipped and USPS will scan soon. If not I will follow up.

hgbkicks @justgotlaced We ship 20+ a day USPS and my main employee is a retired postmaster. If they are not accepting packages same day there is a big problem for them. Give me the tracking#

encouture @hgbkicks Tracking is 9405510202061061353683. Id also like to provide a full breakdown of the order: Order was placed at 6:44 PM EST on Thursday, after postal hours. Item was then packed and placed in USPS drop off location which means it wasn’t picked up until 2PM on Friday (yesterday) during scheduled pick up hours. It’s Saturday (today) at 9:40 AM EST which means it hasn’t been a full 24hours since this was likely picked up by a USPS employee.

hgbkicks @justgotlaced doesn't matter. if it was picked up Friday it is required to be scanned on Friday. The post office gets penalized for all orders that are not accepted same day as pick up or dropoff without exception.

encouture @hgbkicks I was not aware this is a USPS rule. Most of my shipments update with tracking within 24-48 hours.
