stoicjake I get a 1 star rating because of an issue with the post office and you didnt speak to customer service. Thats not how the rating system works here on Poshmark, hopefully you can find out what happen with the shoes and fix your rating.

stoicjake @roxannepipolo The tracking shows delivered to a parcel locker. Thats all I can see. You'd have to give Poshmark support your order number and let them know what happened. It looks like it was mis-delivered maybe to a neighbor if you didnt get it at your door.

roxannepipolo @stoicjake I am trying to research now how to get help, I wish they had a phone number. I will fix the rating when I receive it. I wish I could just leave it blank for now but it forced me to do something before I could get help..

stoicjake @roxannepipolo You should fix the rating regardless it negatively affects my account and this is how I make my living. All of my orders are shipped within same day to following morning.

roxannepipolo @sunshiyne630 I do not know. I have had a package stuck in the mail for a couple days and wrote the mail lady a note and she never got the package out it’s still locked in there! I hope it’s not wet and melted!
