katrionaskloset @moteldura "Page 1" Good morning in PA Roxanne. I spend a part of every day at the Post Office, for my customers, following up on every package I send out. If it doesn't arrive in a decent amount of time (2 weeks) I file for the customer to get their $$ back. You and I both got notified on Jan 11th your package was running late but in route. You filed a complaint less than a week, and not only got your $$ back, but the boots were delivered to you yesterday 1/13/2021).

katrionaskloset "Page 2" Continued... I have filed a complaint with Poshmark. Shipped but not tracking, doesn't mean lost. The entire country is in a Pandemic, where All packages are running late . I informed them your boots were delivered yesterday January 13th. Yes, the Post Office confirmed the delivery, and time of delivery with me. If you had asked me, I would have provided you with the info you wanted. You may want to wait for the pandemic to be over before ordering from other sellers.

damore4 Hello Roxanne I wanted to reach out before you saw the cancellation. I’m terribly sorry and this has never happened to me. When I went to retrieve your item from my storage unit many of my items were damaged from moisture. I was told I had a temperature control unit. I know have to file a claim as many of my items were ruined I apologize for this.
