nellsgirls I'm so sorry to hear the cake dish arrived damaged. I asked the agent at the post office do they have 'fragile, handle with care' stickers they can place on the box to assure it's safety. She said no. I even offered to buy another box my box could go into to help it arrive safely and she assured me there was no reason for that and it will be OK. My sincerest apologies!!!!!!

strangatang No, you had "FRAGILE" written over the box in several places, and it was wrapped in bubble wrap. I don't see negligence on your part. The box had obviously been dropped, as it was caved in, and the PO deliverer mentioned it being damaged as he got it. It's just one of the risks one takes I guess. I'm just disappointed, that's all.
