caponesan @rrrr19 No response from them . I have you and another buyer for which no shipping labels have been sent . I have sent 2 message through their support but no one has answered . Im hoping to try the where’s my shipping label button again hoping it will go through . What an inconvenience.

I still am a little confused about what happened to the bag as it's hard to picture the damage from your description. I just don't know what to do since there was no issue when I shipped it and it was fine when you received it and accepted it. I always want buyers to be happy with their purchase & I have honestly never even had a bag returned for any reason. Is it something that could easily be repaired?

rrrr19 @hmaltese33 I was able to fix the bag yesterday. I am totally happy with it. it was super cheap to fix it. A friend referred me to a gentleman that works on designer bags.....

rrrr19 @hmaltese33 I was totally depressed when it happened, is the reason I was quiet. Sorry, it took me a while to respond. It was only 30.00. I am happy it could be repaired and was super cheap.....You don't owe me anything, nor will I accept it.....I love the bag!
