realityshowez Dear Ruth, I just noticed you e sold this bag three times and you’ve had it for quite a while (since sept.) for sale. Should I be worried about the condition? Does everything work great including the wheels and the extended handle etc? Just checking

rosado45 @realityshowez the exterior condition is great wheels work great and zipper. The only thing that’s noted is the interior lining which isn’t a hard thing to fix. I previously had sold it and then changed my mind, and another person cancelled order too used it on a one trip since then and as I don’t plan on traveling anytime soon decided to sell.

rosado45 @realityshowez also wheel handle works great. All in great condition reason for low price is the interior. Bag originally sold for $5000 I bought it at Revolve boutique for $1000 so I lost a lot but very much enjoyed the bag during my work trips.

rosado45 @realityshowez It doesn’t have dust bag, pic show is from online to show dimensions and it’s a Gucci bag not LV so no LV licks are included. Those are pics from my travel showing dimension. Sorry if u misunderstood that prior to purchasing would have clarified

I expected everything photoed to be included. Please advise. It’s devalues the purchase not having these crucial items.

If u decide to not accept Gucci suitcase I understand but you ate getting a great value as this suitcase worth over $1000 still and original price $5000. Again I apologize but I never received a dust bag to offer u and LV locks belong to a keepall I already sold. Please lmk what you would like to do so I can contact Posh on returning my item.

realityshowez @rosado45 no, it’s not that I want to return the bag. I love it! It’s just that it’s VERY misleading and kind of false advertising to show these items and NOT include them. Especially the lock. The lock does NOT have to be a Gucci lock to come with the bag. I wish you would mail it separately in an envelope.

rosado45 @realityshowez unfortunately I no longer have the lock as I stated it belongs to a LV bag that I already sold. Those pics are from my travels and as I’ve experienced on posh people display items with other items to showcase them but not everything is included only what’s described so I didn’t think twice about pic again apologize. Hope that explains it best. I am at work on my break that’s over so can’t reply for a bit. Ty

rosado45 @realityshowez that picture is from online I took it as a reference to show bag dimension. I purchased this item from Revolve boutique without a dust bag! I never had one and I didn’t even know it showed a dust bag on that pic it’s barely visible, and no where does it state I have a dust bag. In pic with LV lock it also shows my LV neverfull was I suppose to include that in your purchase as well.

realityshowez @rosado45 Ruth, the photo with the authenticating serial number is in the group of photos you say is from somewhere else. Is the 10 digit long serial number on the tag inside the bag? I am getting very nervous about this transaction. Are you sure that serial number is there?

rosado45 @realityshowez also I took pics of item how it was packaged and condition. If u choose you can contact posh to cancel order and return my item with a return label they can provide. I expect it in exact condition as it was sent. I prefer to have my item back then to get into a battle. My suitcase is 100% authentic and I feel you are not shopping properly on posh and then are accusing me of selling fake items! Very unnecessary so feel free to return my item!

realityshowez I’m being reasonable. My questions only arose after you disclosed the picture montage was just for reference. My inquiries/concern over authenticity was reasonable because of that. I hope to keep the luggage I desperately want. But I don’t mess around with Poshmark’s policies. I try to carefully vet to make sure items are authentic. The paperwork you sent is not suffice. The serial number inside the tag is proof enough for me. Also, I would never damage anything I returned.

realityshowez I think that’s fair, especially asking questions AFTER the sale and AFTER you shipped, but you’ve got to understand I thought all photos were of actually luggage. I only found out later they were not. Of course that would give anyone pause, especially because we are strangers. Please understand I meant no malice.
