Ruth, you offered me $20 for a dress that cost more than $130. If I accept your offer, i would get $16. You can't be serious.... i would dobate the dress before I do a deal like that. FYI, I block people who submit outrageous lowball offers.

I realize you are new. Please be mindful of the cost of an item, what it's listed for, and how much the buyer would receive if they accept your offer. If the seller has already heavily discounted the item, there's usually not much wiggle room.
