@ruth10 I just pulled the coat out and it was a gift that didn't fit. I was told it was new and after checking it out there are no markings or wearing so I believe it is new. However the buttons are lose and need tightening. It is an easy fix as there are buttons inside to fasten to the outside buttons. I want you to be happy. If you are willling to purchase and fasten the buttons I can take another $5.00 off. Your call. I would keep the coat, but it is too small for me.
