@realtoruth I noticed that you liked a pair of blue bailey bow uggs from charmingstylez closet. Sadly the two pairs that she has listed are replicas. When that was pointed out she removed the listing and reposted them. Bailey bows do not have stitching around the edges and there are several other tell tale signs that these and the other pair are replicas. Feel free to compare them to authentic boots on the ugg website.

HI this is Valerie. You purchased 5 Ugg insoles size 6 from my closet.
A customer who order Grey Ugg boots received the insoles.
This was our error and we mixed up the orders. It leads us to believe you will be receiving the boots. Please contact us when you receive your order and we can get you your correct order! Once again, we apologize.

@vabulous83 Good evening. I did just receive an email with a return label form poshmark. I am sorry I am a little confused. When I return the boots promptly then there is mention of a refund. But I would like the insoles. Do i need to reorder and repay for them? And is 6 the only size you have?....5/5.5?

@realtoruth No, I sent out your insoles. You should receive them soon. I'm sorry for all the trouble. If it's not too much of a hassle, if there is an option to contact support on your end would you let them know you received a replacement and do not need a refund? -- I have other sizes available but size 6 is the smallest.
